2012 USA AEROBIC SHOWCASE
USA Aerobic Showcase - Senior Division
The USA Aerobic Showcase will be held July 24 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Red Rock Resort. Categories of competition include Men, Women, Mixed Pairs, Trios, Groups and AeroDance. All senior athletes with a minimum score of 16.00 will advance to compete in the International Aerobic Championship - July 24-28, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Red Rock Resort.
USA Aerobic Showcase - Youth Divisions
Junior Showcase, Age Group I & Age Group II
Kids and teens, ages 8-17, from all 50 states will participate in the USA Aerobic Showcase to be held July 24 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Red Rock Resort. Categories of competition include Men, Women, Mixed Pairs, Trios, Groups and AeroDance. There are three age divisions - Junior Showcase (8-11 years), Age Group 1 (12-14 years) and Age Group 2 (15-17 years) and two divisions, Junior & Varsity, in the AeroDance category. All youth athletes with a minimum score of 12.00 will advance to represent the USA in the International Youth Aerobic Championship, July 24-28, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Red Rock Resort.

Technical Regulations - FIG Code of Points
The USA Aerobic Showcase will use the FIG Code of Points. The FIG Code of Points may be downloaded by clicking on rules and regulations (on this website). The FIG Code of Points may also be downloaded from the FIG website - www.fig-gymnastics.org. The AeroDance category will use the FIG Code of Points with ANAC modifications.
USA Showcase Entry Forms/USCAF Membership
Completed entry forms must be received by June 1. All athletes representing the USA or participating in the USA Showcase or other United States Competitive Aerobics Federation (USCAF) sanctioned events must be members of the USCAF. The annual USCAF membership fee is $25. Click here to download form.
Event Locations & Training
All events will be conducted in the Red Rock Resort. Areas for training will be available within the Red Rock Resort beginning Monday, July 23rd.
Event Tickets
Each participating athlete in the USA Showcase will receive free entry into to all aerobic gymnastic events. Event tickets are on sale for all additional members of a delegation and accompanying family and friends. The ANAC has selected the Red Rock Resort as the headquarters for the USA Showcase, 23rd International Aerobic Championship and 15th International Youth Aerobic Championship and strongly recommends that participants and their delegations stay at the Red Rock Resort for peace of mind and convenient access to all competition venues located on site within the hotel. Red Rock Resort provides hotel guests complimentary shuttle service to the Las Vegas Strip and the McCarran Int'l Airport (individuals & small groups only).
When not participating or watching championship events the Red Rock Resort offers guests incredible amenities including a beautiful spa and fitness center, 16 movie theaters, 70 lanes of bowling, an arcade, trendy nightclub, and a kid's club (with childcare services) or you can walk, bike or horseback ride in the Red Rocks just minutes away. A reduced rate of $130.00 per night (1 King Bed/1 or 2 persons) $140.00 per night (2 Queen Beds/up to 4 persons) is offered to all participants, spectators, family and friends. These rates include the $24.99 resort fee which provides guests with complimentary wired and wireless high speed in room internet, unlimited local and 800 calls, daily local newspaper, fitness center access, airport and strip shuttle service.

Helpful Tips when making Reservations
If you make your reservation by phone you must inform the hotel you want the "Championship Rate." Make your reservations as soon as possible as the hotels will sell out. The hotels will honor the reduced rates until July 1 (cut-off date). After the "cut-off date" room rates may increase. Please do not wait until the cut -off date- last year the hotels sold out weeks before this date. Please contact Championship Headquarters if you need assistance in making or confirming your reservations.

Airport Transportation -
The Las Vegas McCarran Airport is located approximately 15 miles from the Red Rock Resort. The Red Rock Resort offers limited complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for hotel guests (individuals and small groups only). Contact the Red Rock Resort for shuttle schedules. Transportation is also available by taxi. The cost by taxi is approximately $48 one way. It is recommended that you request a taxi van for up to 5 individuals and share the cost.
Airport Transportation - Group/Bus - Discounted Rates
Groups up to 24 people can reserve (in advance) a mini bus for $84 or groups of 30 people for $114 (tax & tip included) by contacting Bell Trans: reservations@BellTransportation.com, 800-274-7433 (US only) or 702-739-7990. To receive these discounted rates you must provide the special ANAC discount code: CHAMPS. Transportation to the Las Vegas Strip, shopping, sightseeing, etc. can also be reserved through Bell Trans at discounted prices by providing the special code: CHAMPS.
Larger groups can reserve (in advance) a bus which seats up to 57 passengers for $360 plus driver gratuity through Showtime Charters by contacting Darlene Mullins at 702-933-3383 or email: Darlene@showtimetourslv.com. Car Rental - Budget Rent a Car Las Vegas
Budget Rent a Car of Las Vegas has been selected by the ANAC as the official rental car/van supplier for the Championships. Special discounted daily or weekly car/van rentals are available at any time from anywhere in Las Vegas to all Championship participants and spectators through the official Championship Car Rental company, Budget Rent a Car of Las Vegas. For discounted rates and to make reservations go to www.budget.com or www.budgetvegas.com and input all of your vehicle requests and then in the discount code box type in R319000 in order to guarantee the special rates.
Attendees can also book their vehicles through the reservation telephone hotline at 1-800-922-2899 or 702-730-0100. When making reservations the attendees MUST use the code "LCR7777690" in order to guarantee the special rates.
Transportation to the Las Vegas Strip Hotels, Casinos and Shopping
The Red Rock Resort provides hotel guests free shuttle bus service throughout the day to and from the hotel to the Fashion Show Shopping Mall located in the center of the famous Las Vegas Strip.
